With 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Toby brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role as President of OSI. His background includes quality control, Level III Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and certification as a Welding Engineer. Since joining OSI in 2014, he has remained dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Toby believes in hard work, doing things right, and leading by example. He takes pride in the relationships built with customers over the years and the skilled team behind OSI. His commitment is to continue growing the company while delivering the dependable products, quality, and service customers have come to trust.

Chandler Morton

Chandler has been a valued part of the OSI team for nearly a year, bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in wherever he's needed. Whether he's assisting with day-to-day shop operations or lending a hand to keep projects moving, Chandler is always ready to help. His dependability, teamwork, and eagerness to learn make him a great addition to our shop. We're grateful for his hard work and dedication and look forward to seeing him continue to grow with OSI.

Abby brings several years of office experience and a strong background in administrative support and organization to the OSI team. She helps keep daily operations running smoothly while also managing media, website content, and creative projects that showcase our work. Along with her responsibilities at OSI, Abby is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in administration, continuing to build on her knowledge and experience. Her creativity, dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn make her a valued member of our team.
